Randominity
So…I am in full swing with my new job…working a lot of hours….and making a huge difference in a company. In my whole life I have never felt such a sense of really creating something in the workplace. I have had my hands in many things, but now I am creating policies and attitudes, and dare I say, mission statements. It feels amazing. It really does. Now, I am just exhausted.
In other news, I had dinner at a fabulous restaurant in Phoenix called My Florist. Truly awesome. I finished two bottles of wine with some friends that I had really thought would never resurface until just a few months ago. I love that. Sometimes it is just nice to get out of the expected and ordinary.
I am a little obsessed with Oasis’ Definitely Maybe — I found it again after searching through old CDs….truly a fantastic musical group….even if their sibling rivalry reminds me of the stuff that Greek tragedies are made of.
